Liposuction is the procedure to improve the shape of the body, and should not be taken as treatment for obesity. Liposuction is commonly done for tummy, thigh, arms, chin and buttocks. Tummy tuck is done to remove the excess skin of tummy with tightening of muscles. Breast size can be reduced or increased by various surgical procedures. In male, enlarged breast (gynaecomastia) can be reduced by liposuction and excision of gland.
